Almaden Super Lions Club Who we are - The San Jose Almaden Super Lions Club (formerly known as the South San Jose Lions Club) founded in 1956 is a member of the Lions Clubs International - the largest service club organization in the world! Our club is made up of 100% local volunteers who provide services to our local community and spreads throughout the world. Our Charitable foundation, the South San Jose Lions Club Charitable Foundation, is a 501C3 Corporation. All contributions to the foundation are 100% tax deductible. What we do - Each year more than 43 men and women of the Almaden Super Lions Club donate their time and energy to projects that help needy children, adults, and families. 100% of all funds raised go directly to providing for children, adults, and families in need.
