WHY IT'S DONE, HOW IT'S DONE, and WHERE TO GO!

Helen Keller challenged the Lions of the world to be the Knights of the Blind at the International Convention at Cedar Point, Sandusky, Ohio, July 1925.  In order for the Almaden "Super" Lions to continue meeting Helen's challenge, the club collects unwanted eyeglasses from you, your family, and your friends.  Once collected, the eyeglasses are processed and then distributed to those that are visually impaired.  This "Super" contribution to the world community is provided at no cost to the recipients.
